Thermal Reduction (Burnables/Sweeps)

We have two incinerators equipped with after-burners. These furnaces are specifically designed to eliminate burn loss, protecting our client’s valuable material. Our larger unit has an 80 cubic foot volume capability and can also house smaller trays to burn smaller size multiple lots.

The incineration process reduces the material to an ash that is then ball milled, screened (separates fines from tails or oversized) to a fine powder, blended, weighed and sampled for an accurate assay sample. The tails or oversized are then melted and sampled separately.
