Settlement Terms

Customer settlements are processed within 20 working days or less depending on the type of material. This term might vary if the material shipped requires special handling but the customer will always be informed of the final settlement term in advance. Markets used to determine the value of your precious metal are as follows:

  • Gold, Platinum, Palladium – London PM Fix
  • Silver – Handy & Harmon Fix
  • Rhodium – Spot Price

All settlements may be made in the form of any of the following:

  • Check
  • Wire transfer
  • Metal (gold shot)
  • Conversion to usable product (PGC or proprietary plating product)
  • Pool account
  • Special settlement options and times may be arranged
