Open Door Policy
Our open-door policy encourages our customers to come and view their material while it is being processed. We have found that witnessing the refining process fosters confidence and allows our customer to gain a better understanding of the overall process.
In-house representation policy
We encourage our customers or their appointed agents to witness the processing and sampling of their material at our facility. Procedures are designed to expedite the processing of material into an assayable form, making representation more feasible. Please notify us in advance if you intend to witness your material or send an agent on your behalf.
